Cryolipolysis

Cryolipolysis is a slimming wellness treatment that reshapes your contour in a natural and effective way by freezing and destroying fat cells in targeted parts of your body.

The crystalized cell are eliminated through natural processes a few weeks following the treatment session, allowing the body carefully adjust to weight loss.

This innovative technology ensures efficiency and safety, is non-invasive, and requires no anesthesia.

At the end of the session, you’ll be able to immediately resume your normal activities.

What to expect at your visit

Before each Cryolipolysis treatment, we provide a body check-up and take photographs to compare the results for your before/after treatment. We will review your objectives to customize your treatment.

To begin, we target the area or areas to be treated, apply a gel membrane to ensure skin protection as well as better conduction of heat exchange, then places the plate(s) on the desired area(s).

The session begins with a localized heat accompanied by electrostimulation, followed by a massage at 32 degrees. The entire session takes between 35 and 45 minutes.

The first step heats up the fat cells and brings them to the surface and relaxes the muscles.

EMS (electrostimulation) stimulates muscles and isolates fat cells.

The following cooling treatment immediately drops the temperature which triggers apoptosis. Once apoptosis has started, the fat cells will be converted into cellular remnants which the lymphatic system will eliminate over the next 14 days.

The final warming stimulates cell remnants to the lymph nodes to promote drainage.

Once the session is over, we remove the cryolipolysis plate(s) and the membrane. On the treated area, you may feel a slight numbness, redness, or (rarely) some bruising may appear, these go away on their own in the minutes, hours, or days that follow.

It is recommended to follow up a session with adequate hydration and massaging on the area.
